1. Bathing
After meals the stomach needs a large amount of blood to serve the digestive system works. Now if you take a shower right away, it will turn off blood flow to “serve” for physical activity. This causes digestive function decreased, not good for health.
2. Walking
Someone usually walking after eating. But this is not good for health because when we walk our body must exercise more and affect on the absorption of nutrients by the digestive system.
3. Singing

4. Driving
