8 things not to do after meals

You should not do things absolutely within 1 hour after eating:

1. Bathing
After meals the stomach needs a large amount of blood to serve the digestive system works. Now if you take a shower right away, it will turn off blood flow to “serve” for physical activity. This causes digestive function decreased, not good for health.

2. Walking
Someone usually walking after eating. But this is not good for health because when we walk our body must exercise more and affect on the absorption of nutrients by the digestive system.

3. Singing
There is a lot of food in our stomach after eating.  That the stomach to be thinner. Singing and screaming will cause the diaphragm to drop and increase the abdominal pressure. This is not good for your health. If this situation often happened a stomachache.

4. Driving
Stomach needs a large amount of blood to digest food. So, if the driver’s blood must move down into the brain. However, the blood supply to the brain after supper not as much as usual, which makes the drive easy to lose focus, unfortunately accidents can happen.

5. Fruits eating
It take 1 to 2 hours for stomach to digest all the food fully. Therefore, if the receive more fruits, it will not load well. The amount of fruit will be blocked by the previous food. This makes the fruit is not digested like normal maximum.

6. Tea drinking
If you drink tea after eating, tea will dilute acid in stomach and affect on the digestion and absorption of nutrients. There is tannic acid in leaf of green tea. After eating the stomach have not digested proteins but it have to receive tannic acid from green tea. Two substances combine to form chemical precipitate indigestion and affect on protein absorption.
In addition, green tea prevents the iron absorption that will cause iron deficiency for the body.

7. Smoking
Smoking after taking meal causes harmful substance in tobacco enters the body more easily. Smoking one cigarette after the meal hit a total of more than 10 toxic cigarettes smoking as usual. After meals stomach and intestinal contract stronger and blood circulation seem to be faster. The poison in toxic smoke enters the body easily than normal. This is harmful for the health.


8. Belts loosing
Belts loosing after meal bring more comfortable feeling. But it will cause incalculable harmless. When you belt loosen, the organ will be falling away. This situation will lead to long pendulous stomach illness.
