Benefits of Exercise and Detox – Detoxify Your Body With Robotize

Benefits of Exercise and Detox – Detoxify Your Body With Robotize

Exercise alone is not enough.  It is of course the foundation of a healthy life. Exercise serves as the first step the processor successful detoxification, but by itself only frees toxins from the body tissues and fats, and doesn’t remove them altogether from the body.

Toxins accrue in the body due to consumption of fatty foods and alcohol, pesticides present on and in fruits and vegetables and through environmental factors such as air pollution, drinking water and the chemicals present in our shampoo and soaps.  Toxins are unavoidable, no matter how dedicated we are to living a healthy life. These toxins, because they are ingested in the foods we eat and the air we breathe, build up in body-tissue, and particularly in body-fat.
So it is no surprise that exercise can help rid you of toxins. Exercise burns the fat and tissue containing toxins, releasing the toxins into the body.
Exercise also allows the body to function more efficiently through increased consumption of oxygen, increasing the body temperature, and by invigorating the lymph nodes and the body’s self-cleansing systems, but this is not enough to totally detoxify your body. While exercise is a crucial step towards detoxification, and a healthier life, it does in fact release into the body the toxins contained in your fats and tissues. These must then be removed.
